I use these every 4-6 months in my truck and the wife’s car. With two kids mess’ and a dog it seems to work pretty good. There’s other brands as well. You run the car HVAC while it’s spraying so it gets circulated through everything.

just busting balls, all jokes aside nothing short of replacing fabric will work better than a steam cleaner carpet cleaner machine like these little guys

have you considered removing the interior floor carpet all together?
a new carpet and new seat covers are not too bad oem new from the dealership

If this doesn't work, get an actual bottle of Hoppe's and open it up in the truck. Gotta smell better than incense.

I used this on my 08 and it really did help.
I’m a heavyish smoker avg 2-2.5 hrs 4 days a week in my truck!
The truck had been smoked in for 9 yrs 150k miles by me.
I did 2 treatments and even my daughter who doesn’t smoke said it didn’t stink like an ashtray anymore?
And it was like a month after using it?

    https://cleanairauto.com/products/clean-air-duct-freshener/

I skipped the let it air out after kept it closed up.

Use ozone if you want your polymers and rubbers to rot.

It's not enough to cause appreciable degradation.

Take you vehicle to a professional and this is the tool they use.

Go rent a rug machine from Lowe’s, Home Depot and give it a good cleaning.

Did you clean the vent system? Toyota sells a two part cleaning kit, I want to say I paid like $30. Example:

If you've got some spare time, give the carpet cleaners in your area a call and see if they can clean it for you. Whenever I'd buy another used vehicle I'd drop it off at a place near my house and leave it with them to clean when they had some spare time; since there was no time pressure they'd always give me a good deal. The heavy duty system they use works better than the do it yourself version in my experience. For a quick spray, some posters here recommended Ozium and it seems to work pretty well. I leave a can of Fabreeze in my truck and mist my seat when I get back from hiking/biking/running. I need to pull the Wet Okole covers and wash them but I've been lazy.
