I recently bought a new Tacoma, 2021 off road, 6sp manual. 680 miles. I’ve noticed a bit of a stutter after changing gears. It’s not the tranny type stutter, I drove my 08 off road to 150k and never felt something like this. It’s pretty subtle but def noticeable. Has anyone noticed this? Wanted to check here before going back to the dealer...

When the clutch is completely engaged? At any RPM?

If so, that is odd. But, you might want to give it time if it is really new. The Stock tune is just an odd duck.

CPS-65 I’m good for some, but I’m not for everyone.

I think I would take it to the dealer. It’s new, let them figure it out. If it becomes a bigger deal, you have a paper trail.

When I got my 2020, I noticed something I'd consider more of a "shudder" sometimes. Usually happened shifting into 2nd gear. Just a timing issue between applying gas and releasing the clutch - I'm assuming exacerbated by the delay valve. I haven't done the ADM yet, so can't confirm that's it. Once I got used to the clutch, the issue went away.
