I actually had extracorporeal shock wave therapy on my foot for plantar fasciitis. So I’m on con leave till the end of the weekend so yeah, I’m off work today. Thanks for the birthday wishes.

My service truck is right down the street...

The boss decided to keep the truck after the cops recovered it. He had originally been looking for a new service truck for me but couldn't find one that "he liked". He has his own service truck that he keeps locked up like fort knox, mostly to keep everyone from grabbing tools out of it, but had planned to upgrade his welder and then put his old one on my truck. He bought a brand new lincoln ranger 225 but he didn't pay attention to the dimensions and it doesn't fit his setup, so I ended up with a brand new welder on my truck. Had to replace the ignition tumbler since they just punched it and ripped the original out when they stole it.

So far, out of the $9400 in tools I personally owned that were stolen with the truck, I've gotten this back. Luckily I had serial numbers for everything that is manufactured with a SN. The other misc wrenches and sockets are a different story. $6500 alone in milwaukee tools and batteries.



Kittitas county sheriff picked up a guy towing a double axle enclosed snowmobile trailer a few weeks ago that was STUFFED full of tools. When they opened the side door tools where pouring out. They are working the guy over on some other details, but so far they recovered my 1/2 milwaukee ratchet, and the air compressor that was also on the truck at the time. Meanwhile my boss has his lawyer working his magic on his insurance company since they originally tried to tell him he wasn't insured and wouldn't even cover the cost of replacing just the trucks they stole, nevermind all the other work related items, company or personally owned, that disappeared.

They've already got the guy they pinched squealing so they may find more of my shit.

 

Maybe they should bring him up to the Quarry for 5 minutes alone and see if you can jog his memory.

 

My boss has already been telling the PD to just give him 30min alone with the guy. We've got some big equipment that can dig some very big holes. We've also got keys to gates and have the ability to take a guy 40miles into the middle no man's fucking land and let nature take it's course.
