New Tacoma Owner QCA Iowa!

Hello TW,

I recently purchased a 2019 OF DCSB M/T with just under 20K on it. I am excited to be part of the Taco Community. I had been looking at trucks off and on for the last 2 years. The last truck I owned was a 1985 S-10 back in the 90s and just wanted something fun to drive around and it had to be a stick!

I found this for sale down in St. Louis at a BMW dealer, and was talking to a salesmen over the phone. Sadly, someone had came in and put a deposit on the truck while we were still talking. However, after a few days it became available again ( talk to the other half before you commit to such a big purchase!!). Asked if I was still interested and I said yes, did all the paperwork over the phone and then the family and I drove 4 hours to get it!

I had no idea what I was getting into ( or much about lifted trucks ha) and the pictures from the dealership did the truck no justice. It was being pulled to the front as we got of our car and I wish someone could have video taped the look on my face because I was totally blown away.

I love it, wife loves it, kids really love it! I look forward to meeting more people soon! I have already bought a few mods.

Thanks guys, there are so many great projects going on here that's its hard to know where to start. My son thinks we need a winch on it and my daughter wants me to add something pink or purple! I think I already have a box of stuff coming in every other day for it. I told my wife to think of it like my version of Stich-Fix
