I was replacing a keyless entry receiver with a new keyless entry receiver. It taps power from the constant hot wire going to the ignition switch. The receiver also taps into the power lock open circuit and the power lock closed circuit. I got that working fine but now the truck won't start. Dash lights light up but no click or crank from the starter. Brand new battery at 13.2 volts, clean terminals, no broken or burned wires, fuses good. I can't check the relay because I don't know how to pull it out. Connections to the starter look good but it's hard for me to get in there

Those automotive connectors, I hate. Even if you use the exact right size connector for the wires, still problems. Sometimes it'll cut completely through the wire instead of connecting like it's supposed to.

Look at the wire you got your constant hot from, it might not be a good one to tap into. Theres add a fuse you could use so your not hacking your wire harness. Check your crimps are good. Good ground continuity.
