    Looks great. I am considering Pizza cutters also. I feel my 265/75s are to close to the spindle gussets. If I go up to 285/75/16 they may rub. I am considering 255/85/16s and a better back spacing wheel.

    Seems fine so far but it's too early to tell. They come with a pretty long tread life "warranty" and are cheaper than ST Maxx tires in the same size, so I figured I should try them out.

    Nice! What springs/shock setup do you have now? Also, what did you paint with? My new to me 2002 has a newer frame. I intend to remove the bed and hit with a two part epoxy and then Fluidfilm inside and out. But, I want to replace tired springs and shocks without a lot of lift.

    I hear ya. I wasn't sure what previous owners did or did not do...and I wanted to play it safe.
    I just had valve cover gaskets replaced today with new coils, plugs and plug wires as well.

    The 1st Gen: All pro 3” lift (650 lbs coils, expedition rears with bilstiens),Timbren rear bumpstops, ubolt flip, diff drop, carrier bearing drop, 33’s on beadlocks ,ARB Bumper, winch, hand throttle, ARE canopy, roof bars, poly bushings all around minus the body mounts. The 2nd Gen: Leveling kit, roll up tonneau cover. 265/75/16’s
    Ordered a softopper today based on my experience with my 2nd gen. Should have my project moved to my new place next week. Hoping to get the back half of the frame cleaned up and the reinforcement kits burned in before I have to go back to work in June.

    I had this issue. I’m not sure why felpro doesn’t have silicone on both sides of the gasket.

    When I get my truck back together I’m going to try OEM.

    yeah Id just go OEM.

    Also, just to check, are you torqueing it down in a specific order? Helps to start at the middle and torque outwards. And of course having even torque is important.

    no matter what. Get a selectable one. That one is the electric one right? Be a great unit. What I'd buy now over the ARBs. Simpler to setup. And has a couple features that are nice.

    OME lift, 4x sliders, Demello rear bumper, custom front bumper, Engo 9000lb winch
    Nothing wrong with an auto locker in the front. Mine has been way more reliable than the ARB in the rear. Just need to understand the different handling characteristics of it.

    I've done a mod or two
    This is super important on this application since the supercharger aluminum doesn't deform as much as the intake plenum when torqued. Otherwise you have to use cheater gaskets to fill the gap of a warp, or use some blue hylomar to fill in a bit.
