MBRP "Cool Duals" dual side swept exhaust, Volant Intake, Blacked Out Tail lights, Touchscreen Kenwood DDx616 with a 10" Kicker CVR in a custom Box, 2 Kicker Comp 6" Speakers, Removed front and rear mud flaps, Weathertech Floormats, Kobalt Slim Toolbox, Chevrolet Air compressor
for christmas i recieved the MBRP "Cool Duals" part # s5300al from 4wheel parts. I spent most of the day installing it and it doesnt look too shabby. I love the way it LOOKS... but as for sound, i drove it to the end of the street and back for my friend and he simply replied with "have the ever seen the movie fast and the furious?"
It doesnt have too serious of a ricey sound...like when i hit 3,4, and 5th gears its okay. and even in nuetral its good. but in first and second i feel like vin diesel now. any suggestions??? i had the joints welded so i cant return it. please help i cant show up to school like this :(

I have an 18" MagnaFlow Muffler, doesn't sound ricer at all..I like it, very small, if any highway drone, and around 2500rpm's and quick acceleration it has a nice deep throaty sound!

I know that didn't help much, but just sayin :/

How did you install your MahnaFlow? Did you just cut out your existing muffler, add the new muffler and a short piece of pipe to complete the install because your magnaFlow is shorter than the stock muffler? Also, do you know the I.D. size of the stock exhaust????
    Thanks..
