    is the "50mm double bearing HD smooth pulley" required to run the roush tensioner, or can it be run without ?

    I'm running my Roush with the stock tensioner pulley, you just need to make sure they line up nicely. Mine required a washer to get the belt to line up iirc

    Make sure you follow the advice on the first post on trimming the roush and putting the double roller on properly. Superchargers online is supposed to have a double roller bearing set for our trucks soon. Although their soon has been in valve time I am hoping they are actually getting close to having them available.

    Yes, you'll be hurting the top end slightly by increasing the runner length. Though the Procharger has top end to spare. But worth mentioning.

    I hate welding stainless but spent 3 hours making a true 3" merge collector back pipe done today.
    I got 2 different merges to test.. One with the restriction one without. Will have some scientific data as to which works better in a week or 2 I imagine.

    Found E85 fuel really close to me. When tuning to E85 if I made the switch, would I then be restricted to always running it? What would happen if I take a trip and cant find E85 and have to use 91 octane?

    You’d have to have a E85 dedicated tune, and a separate Gasoline tune. If you can’t find E85, you’d have to swap back to your pump gas tune.

    There’s a bit more to it, but that’s the short and sweet version.

    20210430_164709.jpg should have posted it above but this is the true dual 2.25" into 3" merge without restriction I put together. Got about 35 miles on the new set up now. Really liking it.

    I'll try to get one tomorrow. I don't have any cats in the truck so there is that but I don't have drone or rasp. Vibrant 1142 resinator and the borla 140085 are what I used. Very deep grumble to it. Matches the truck nicely.

    I am the opposite. It is a joy welding stainless, for whatever reason. Regardless of the additional preparation and care. Aluminum is just plain fun and easy.

    You've a way better machine than me though, so your Aluminum welds, and skill, are much better than mine.

    Back on all 4’s at least for a moment. Almost went for a light test spin but remembered there’s no rear brake lines and I don’t feel like pumping allll the fluid out of the system.

    Still need to strip it down and cycle suspension one more time to burn in shock mounts, limit straps and bump stops and what not, but should be ready to race by Tuesday.
