    Strange.
Are you putting the exact same volume in each time or until it clicks off? What's your tank might ave say @ the end of each tank?

I put gas until It clicks like 5 times.
Next time I fill up I’m going to keep an eye out for the gallons.

Depends on how far I push it but I usually fill up with range showing 5-15mi. Obviously there is degree of buffer built in but when it's that low I'm frequently getting over 20 gal in it and sometimes I can get 21-21.4. Now, I usually fill it up until its up the filler neck since I commute 350mi a week so try to avoid having to stop twice a week just for work driving.

FWIW: I have actually recorded 26+mpg for a full tank once & 25mpg a couple other times (both on stock 245s).

Can't really give you a long-term opinion (it's been 6 months), but it was a rock-solid install. Brackets are perfect. Light bar? We'll see, but I'm happy with it so far. Mine is doing fine. Definitely FU category bright and has survived some high pressure water; useful on crap back roads so far. It's pretty amazeballs when you get to fire it up.

Hard to tell what is in this pic, but here's one of my brackets while I was working on it:

I didn’t, but I’ve got some high heat black. That’s a great idea.

Plasti Dipd the bed rails, much better than paint. Pro tip, don't paint them.

shout out to MN taco owner. I saw this one on craigslist too. Selling a truck like that is probably like selling a house with weird wallpaper and bright paint.

Just a word of warning about filling up to the neck, and multiple clicks. It can cause gas to soak the charcol canister and destrot it. A very expensive (and not covered by warantee) item to repair.

My truck is a V6 AT rear wheel drive. Stock engine, transmission, rear axle and no tune. This has nothing to do with how many clicks of the pump handle at shut-off. Each time you fill your tank and reset the trip meter the miles to empty is defaulted based on the way you drove on the previous tank. There must be a factory default number based on driving activity, transmission and axle ratio. To prove this drive easy on your next tank. When you fill up next time it will show the higher miles to empty number. Do the same easy driving on the 2nd tank. BAM. The same high number shows for miles to empty. On the following tank drive it like you stole it and I guarantee the following tank will show around 30 miles less for miles to empty. This baffled me until I figured it out. Mine either shows 384 or 416 to empty every tank for the past 5 years. Even when I take a trip and average 24+ mpg it never says more than 416. Same applies when I use winter grade only getting 16 mpg in town. Then it still says 384 to empty. I do imagine that, maybe, would change if I had a bigger/smaller than stock gear in the differential. I don't trust the number. I think it is just an estimate. I guarantee you that, when it says 416, that there is no freakin way I will get more than 370 miles of in town driving. I have only used my truck a few times the past few months. Last fill up was maybe January. Mostly short runs to the 7-11 or the metal supplier. I know the next time I fill up it will show 384. I will fill up this week and post it. Guaranteed 384.
