I follow @ choe4x4 on instagram, and he had a promo code on his page, CHOEPROMO for 7.5% off. I ended up using that and my order came out to $143.37. I didn't get the oem switch though.

Thought I would show some more lighting pics. Just got mine installed today. Easy installation. Toughest part was shoving the coat hanger thru the boot.

Do the ditch brackets require cutting or removing any of the plastic around the cowl?

No not the low profile ones. These open with the hood.

I currently have these installed and love them. A random question and not sure this is the best place to ask but-

Im considering getting the behind the bumper LED light bar 32” as well.

Do I need a new / stronger battery in order to run headlights, ditch lights, and LED light bar at once? Or how does that work?

Not unless you plan on running a massive amount of accessories or having the lights on without the engine. The side shooters draw just a hair under 30 watts. A typical light bar will draw 150-250 watts. Headlights are usually in the 20-50 watt range also.

Your alternator will generate 1200 watts, or if it's the towing (130 amp) alternator, 1560 watts. If you have the 130 amp alternator, you should have juice to spare, and an extra 270-300 watt draw won't even touch the battery. If you have a standard 100 amp alternator, maybe it's there to spare, or maybe it'll dip into your battery a bit. It really depends on what else is drawing energy at the time. As long as you aren't running the lights for 8 hours at a time and you give it a chance to recharge before shutting the engine down, you should be ok. Probably. I hope. :D

    Thank you!

I have the tow package on my truck so I’m guessing I have the tow alternator. Good to know!

Anyone run into issues with their passenger side light pod getting in the way when lifting the passenger side wiper? I slightly bend the wiper around it when I lift it from the windshield. Just wondering if others have a similar experience or tips?

Happens to me everytime. I don't have the lights listed in this thread but it still happens.

Yeah same. For me it's such a slight bend it doesn't hurt the wiper. So it's a non issue.

If it were any more of a blockage I'd turn on the wipers then shut off the truck mid-cycle. Then they could be lifted without touching anything.

Ahh what a great idea, lol I should have thought of that! I installed my midland stubby antenna next to it so I need to bend the wiper a bit more. Will definitely try shutting off the truck mid cycle, thanks!

I did the Go Rhino sports rack with cali raised pods. They are mounted on the retractable mount. Unfortunately a couple filled up with rain water (while in the down position) and are flickering and going out. (see pics) It's been only a year and their second winter. I thought they were waterproof? I'm going to see if I can warranty them as they've only been used a couple times.
