I love them, they are the perfect width, and would match your kit very well. Lemme know if you want more pictures or questions about install!

It does but not very well. I still ended up doing the gas filler neck extension and now it’s fine. It’s also very hard to get the gas door nipple to work so I had to make one on the lathe. But you can also use a bolt.

I would be interested in seeing a picture of your front and rear tire stickout with the 35's and the +2.25" LT. Are you still running the 1.5" rear spacers? and you list the wheel backspacing as 3.5", do you know the wheel width?

    Thanks!

Think I’m sold on these…. Wonder how a rear high clearance bumper would fit with the bedsides. If the fiberglass would hang over..

    I
don’t think it would too bad, and it’s flexible so you can pull it in a little if needed.

haven’t updated this thread in a long time but I have since then added a @81Trekker Jdfab rear long travel kit to match my front, with their front steering double sheer and updated bearings up front. Iv added a dirt king frame box kit and bump stop mount kit to go with the new rear suspension. The new shocks are king race series 3.0 triple bypasss with anodized reservoirs custom from @81Trekker , and might I add they knocked the base valving out of the park. Iv put just about any kind of weight and it’s been able to compensate one way or another for it. I love the spring under and I wish I had never done anything else. The ride quality is night and day, now I keep up with the speed of most side x sides on roughy trails. The next goal is a new rear end and gearing. I also made my own rear bumper, and sliders as well and I really like the way they turned out. And I’m currently drawing up a front. Iv inquired alot of tools in the past year as well to make it more enjoyable making things, like a cnc plasma table, tube bender, AmeriBrade sander, and a press brake. Can’t wait to get out more this summer after a year of not doing much but working on the rig. The first two pics are from my latest trip this weekend at wind rock park.

So after my trip to windrock i really didnt like the way my alignment felt and I have had JD fab's pivot kit on mind for quite a while nowsince I installed my brothers so this trip made my next project pretty clear. And after I washed my truck I noticed how bad this years salt had corroded everything and my 934 boots were cracking and one actually busted. So I decided to freshen everything up, and thats what starteded me down the rabbit hole.

    3B8D2CF1-5AE7-4663-9E02-1910EF768E13_1_105_c.jpgIMG_0386.jpg

The boots are not a big deal to replace, but as you can see in the picture, the hardware is rusted, and the outer boots are leaking. this is because I wasn't using the right tool for the clamps. So I ordered the right tool, new grease, new boots, and new hardware, all recommended by everyone at JD fab.

Also, while I was figuring everything out, I got my hands on a big chunk of aluminum, so I thought, why not try and make some tie rods similar to JD fabs. Not trying to rip them off; they are just for me. I didn't want to go all out and get a slide rack quite just yet, so I ordered a left hand 3/4" Heim and steering rack clevis from Camburg, super nice stuff.
    IMG_0378.jpgIMG_0395.jpgIMG_0417.jpgIMG_0484.jpgIMG_0483.jpg

I also decided if I'm going to get rid of my All pro skid, I want to build a front bumper off of the pivot kit. I wanted it very strong but still easy to take off for painting. I am not a big fan of taking off 100 small bolts for one thing, and the stock mounts on these trucks are garbage. So I cut everything off with my plasma and started cleaning everything up. Then I welded in some pipe for a bung to fit a 5/8" bolt and plated the frame in 1/8" material with a 1/4" end cap. Then I started on the frame horns of the bumper out of 1/4". So far, that's as far as iv got.

Got my pivot kit intalled, super happy with it, I reinforced some of the areas that were real thin on the frame with more overlay plates especially on the back next to the trans pan. I also wanted it very clean up front so I completely cut off the jack point and the tabs.

Got my tie rods finished and the cabmburg clevis installed, and spring rate changed.

Installed my inner fenders, painted with steel it just like everything else in the truck. went pretty smooth when I figured out what was needed. still a messy job and tedious. I will go back and redo wiring later when I install ump intake. had to make a battery tray so I cut one out really quick on the plasma table and bent it up and its super strong.

everything works great but im ready for gears and a steering solution to fix everything before the tie rods...
