What tire pressure are you guys using with these tires? Dealer installed my yesterday with 40psi. Thinking about dropping to 35psi for a softer ride

    I run 35.

Anyone gone from a 33 inch to a 34 inch with the NRGs? I've currently got 285s and am considering the 295s, but not if they'll rub and not if I'll need a regear. I did all the necessary mods to fit a 285.

P vs LT in case anyone was curious. LT is on the truck. The LT is noticeably louder, but still not bad.

How many miles did you get out of the P tires? Did you like them overall? I really don’t want E.

I had these tires on my 4runner. Quiet, comfortable ride(33psi cold), did great in the rain & offroad.

I did about 40,000 on them. They aren’t worn out. Just found a good deal on new ones. Really liked them. Incredibly quiet. They did fine off roading as well. I just decided I wanted something a little more aggressive off road. But I liked them so much I just did the LT version. These are C load.

Anyone move from Wildpeaks to the Ridge Grapplers? I have actually been very satisfied with my Falkens in 265/70/17 size, but have a new set of wheels coming and am going to move up to a 285/70 P rating. Considering making a switch the RGs to mix it up. Would love to hear some feedback if anyone has it.

I would really like to hear some feedback as well. I currently have Falkens WP 265/75/16 SL and they have been a really good tires 50k and probably can get another 10k - but I really like the look of the RG... for my next set.

They look great and ride very good. It’s rainy today and im headed 4 hours east to Chattanooga so I’ll have a better review in wet conditions soon! Coming from Toyo Open Country AT3s that I loved but couldn’t find another set in the states so I tried out the ridge grapplers

Which sidewall on these are the most aggressive looking?

One side is more block-shape looking, another side has more grooves and angle shapes.

I think the blocky side is more aggressive...looks like the mud grapplers. The angles/shapes side is more popular though ..here's mine

Just got mine put on Tuesday - Haven't been able to test them in the dirt yet (still clearancing) but driving well around town! Doing some wheeling later this month though and excited to try them out.

I think you're going to find that most guys are running the C load range which is a 6 ply rating. The E load is 10 ply. Although both weigh the same (57.89lbs) according to Nitto. My 285/70/17 C's have 45k on them now and I am contemplating a move to Ridge Grapplers in 305/70/17 but they only come in E rating at that size.

P.S. I also run mine with the block design out. I call the other side the transformer side, I don't what it is about that pattern but it reminds me of the transformer symbol and bugged me.

I’m running 295’s. Had them for 4.5 years. Performed well in the slick/slushy Seattle snow. They stop well in the rain. But are a little slick in the mud and wet pavement when at a steep incline. They are fairly quiet…compared to others that I’ve run. I have five tires @ 35psi in rotation every 3-5k. Will buy again when it’s time.
