Can't wait to see it all cleaned up and on the truck! PSA 700# springs and no weight up front is a rather harsh ride

Soon almost all the parts for LT are here. Got home and had a surprise package at the door. Only waiting on a couple of bits left.

Dang these km2 are like new but their 16’s I’ve been keeping my eyes out, should get 17 so they’d fit both trucks though. Next thing is some uca for the rc this squeak is annoying kinda don’t wanna drive it that bad lol.

Well thanks to @ovrlndkull for selling me his bumper and winch, and @gixxerphil for hauling it from ga to clanton and meeting me today. I got started on sanding it down some and threw on a coat of self etching primer.

Yea me too! I was just gonna do semi flat black but where I took a flap disc and knocked the rust off and not the paint it’s made kinda uneven so I think I’m gonna bedliner it and that’ll blend it I think?

Yea that red primer seemed thick too, idk I didn’t wanna bedliner but seems like the easiest way to blend without doing a lot more sanding. My lil compressor had a hard time with that die grinder and all I had for my other grinder was 40grit lol.

Oh yeah. If you want to blend do more coats in the lower areas fading to the thick parts.

I never worried too much with it. It would get sanded a bit cleaned then shot with more paint in the bare spots

Well decided bedliner it was, I think it blended good. I’ll get a pic when it’s dry.
