If you weren't already watching. Last I heard, he's making a new design for TSS. The existing one should work as others have had no issues, or been able to easily resolve issues (most common of which is just adding some spacers/washers to point the sensor in juuuust the right spot).

Lights make a HUGE difference, and really are the only option for you if you have the OEM LEDs

 

I put in an order for a retrofit! 8 week back order on the amber halos... worth the wait!

A customer sent these in from Utah. I got them on a Thursday and had them shipped back out Monday. MLED 2.0 retrofit, diode dynamics amber halos and drl’s.

 

I have a set of morimoto fx-r projectors left over from a botched retrofit I tried to do many years ago. Does anyone know if these will fit the Tacoma headlights?? Here’s a link to what they look like:

Just wanted to give a public shoutout to @no vtec 4me

I contacted him several months ago about doing a set of headlights for me, MLED projectors, BHLM, DD Amber DRL's (setup to activate with turn signals), MESO sidemarkers, basically I wanted the best performing headlights I could buy. I also had some pain in the butt requests, like making them fully plug and play so nothing on the factory harness would need modified, tapped, etc.

He delivered!

I had ankle surgery and some other issues from the time I ordered until yesterday when I finished the install, and he was available the whole time. I had some issues around install (I'll be honest, just the sheer amount of connectors and plugs and limited space to work - got me confused every time really easily) and he helped me out via text non stop.

Headlights kick ass. And now I'm pretty sure I have some of the best headlights (and lighting in general) on any vehicle on the road. I also have a Diode Dynamics 30" Stealth Bar, Diode Dynamics SS3 Max Fogs (in white), and MESO Ultimate Turn Signals. Just the amber DRL's and the MESO side markers flashing at night will light up anything next to you.
