It's just time consuming but no, nothing is really hard. Make sure you get yourself a big cutting disc for the grinder or you get some carbide sawzall blades cause the sleeves and bolts for the LCAs are hardened and eat regular cheapo blades for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Seems like you're on the right track. Since you're loading arms off the truck... definitely watch the video to prepare yourself for dealing with the steering rack. It interferes with the cam bolt on the driver's side.

It was the first time I had the rack off, so I struggled. If you've had that off before... then yeah, you'll probably be fine.

 

I guess I might as well order bushings for that too.

Those are relatively cheap and easy, at least. 14mm deep socket and a hammer to get them out, and a regular c-clamp will get the new ones in if you can't get 'em with hand strength.
