Decided not to buy it. IMHO $800 for the card is overpriced compared to 3060/3070 msrp.. and I'm not exactly taxing my 1660 currently lol I don't need to play Valheim at 90fps.

Edit: for those curious this was maybe my 12th time entering the shuffle? I was surprised I got selected.

I went though a couple mechanical keyboards before finding one I really liked. (currently cooler master sk630) I've been passing them on to my girlfriend whom I quickly learned is a serial angry speed typer. She's currently got a Corsair K65 with browns and I swear sometimes it sounds like she's firing off an sub-machine gun in there. (her office is right next to mine) I think I'm gonna "upgrade" her to some something a little softer soon.

Reds are okay for that, I have a K70 they're purely linear so if you don't type excessively hard and bottom them out they can be really quiet.

I have a K95 now with silvers, the extra tactile bump is nice helps me know the switch was activated without having to bottom out otherwise they're just like the reds.

The silvers sound nice, I'm on reds now but I do wish they were more tactile after using the browns. I definitely prefer the low profile caps though, less accidental mashing since I don't use a wrist rest.

I had a crappy non mechanical one before this one and I hated it. it was horrible for gaming. I got this one from a friend who didn't need it anynmore and sold it to me for cheap. I'm not even completely sure what kind of keys it has. My next one will deffinetly be something a little more quiet and smaller because it does get loud if im typing up a paragraph.

Usually you can pop a key and depending on the color key it'll help identify what it is.
Been using my tried and true Leopold FC200rt for over 10 years now. To me it's the perfect balance and the best feeling brown switches I've ever used.
I am wanting to build a keyboard to say I've done one. Like a 60% or something but just haven't gotten around to it.

i think my next keyboard i want to have shorter keys. the keys on the blackwidow stick up pretty high off the board, but for $25 i cant complain.

or you just buy a keyboard with hot swappable switches and try a whole bunch until you fall in love with one. I'm loving my Drop CTRL. It came with Hero switches and I've tried Cherry MX Browns, Cherry MX Silvers, and Kaihl Speed Silvers. The Speed Silvers are definitely my jam but they're not like any switch I've used before. Very little resistance until the tactile bump and then moderate resistance to prevent bottoming out. Excellent for gaming.

There's lots. Ducky is probably the easiest brand to find and makes a ton of models but only a few are hot swappable. Drop is popular since they also sell a pile of switches and most of their boards can be bought ready to assemble. Past that there are dozens of other custom keyboard sellers.

My next guess would be motherboard. My dad had a motherboard he bought off of eBay that had a extremely finicky ram slot and if you touched it at all the computer would shit it's pants
