Wouldn’t any enema be one’s worst enema? I didn’t realize there were levels.

Looking at the taco garage raptor lights. Does anyone have this on a 2021 taco pro and how was it wired? I would prefer a completely plug and play if possible and noticed this plugs right into the fuse box. How and when do these lights turn on/off. Please advise.

If you want a plug and play tap off your 6 pin MX150 headlight connector, that's something I can probably do for you. I don't know of any such product on the market right now. I don't have any male MX150's but I can order some, then it's a matter of what connector for your grille lights (typically AMP 2 pin) and then gender and polarity (one photo will suffice).

EDIT: I think the MESO / Morimoto v5 switchback will have this (perhaps as an option) as well b/c it needs the DRL signal.

I have a 2020 Off-road with LED headlights. I like the idea of using a raptor light wiring harness that plugs into my headlight wiring but noticed that the harnesses I see do not work with LED headlights. Is anyone aware of any raptor lights harness for LED headlight systems?

The add-a-fuse route is proving challenging as the wire bundle coming into the fuse box has zero slack to slide it up and unlock.

    Thanks.

There is no harness for models with led lights. Add a fuse did work for me

Yeah, @Puppypunter or I can do this. See my headlight thread for how we have designed things. Instead of a T off the halogen DRL, we would T off MX150 to 3 position AMP female. Then the 3->2 harness for combining DRL and parking light to feed grille lights. Then a 2 position AMP male and solderless butt connectors to tie into any grille light harness.

The male MX150’s are a bit pricey but I can for sure match the R4T price point. I’m also sort of waiting on cycleterminal to get some stock on the sumitomo 3 pin double diode housings to streamline the build and how it looks. In the meantime I’m stuck hand soldering inline diodes which looks ok but doesn’t quite satisfy my OCD :)

    Help me to understand.....

What is the purpose of the Raptor lights? What advantage is gained?

    Cosmetic purpose only?

They're to fool people in traffic that they have a raptor behind them. It's basically like stuffing a cucumber down your pants before hitting the clubs
