I have the same interior and looking to buy the seat covers too but like you not sure what color.

 

The "dark gray" is actually more of a medium hue. Here's mine:


The color is a close match to the original seats in my 2017 SR.
Yes, the middle bottom panel has a some wrinkles. I’m fine with the wrinkles. If anything, the wrinkles accentuate that the material is leather, not cloth.

 

Hey thanks very much SilverBulletII! It gives me a much better perspective of what it would look like in my 2007 TRD. Mine has a little different interior trim with grey plastic where the seat recliner latch is, the center console and bottom part of the doors/speaker grill are grey as well. Your bottom panel wrinkles don't look bad at all. (compared to some postings after 5 - 7 years of use) Nonetheless, I think the grey would look better than the black. Thanks again for this SilverBulletII! Any other opinions?

 

well I got my clazzio @Clazzio order in today after over 3 months. (ordered in December). all I ordered was the bottom covers for the front seats as my 2008 TRD Sport seats were looking a little worn. The color is a tad off (it may not grossly appear that way on camera, but my original seats are really light) -I got the dark gray as that's what the clazzio reps recommended after sending them pics of my truck and interior. I don't think it'll be a dealbreaker but I wanted to double check with others here. Also, looking at some youtube installation videos and clazzio website FAQs I think i'm missing some installation things.. There is NOTHING in my package other than the seat covers and plastic wrapping ... NO installation instructions, NO Check list,....NO prying plastic tool anything.... NOTHING but the covers and the plastic covering on them.... a youtuber mentions that the correct seat cover to install varies from driver to passenger even on the bottom "Butt" rests. I'm attaching the best pics I can capture of my current setup..current worn and the new cover that I received laid on top. Lemme know if you guys think I can pull off this color mismatch and also if you have any tips for knowing which side is which given I have no labels, instructions, or anything.....anyone else rocking a slight mismatch ?? I also hope that these are the correct Covers for my model Tacoma (2008). My covers don't even have a clazzio label on these things and I ordered from the Legit Clazzio website. thanks guys.

Hi everyone! im getting ready to order my clazzio seat covers. I have a few questions first tho. since i will be installing heated seats at the same time, would it be beneficial to just remove the cloth cover and not use it at all? also, would it be beneficial to add some thin amount of memory foam directly to the seat? or would this add too much thickness to the seat, not allowing a good fit for the clazzios.. Thank you for the suggestions!

 

do you have any links for a heated seat wiring install? I haven’t found anything for how and where to wire it. Thanks

The pictures won't really show much of a difference. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to send you physical samples of both the Nappa leather and regular leather. Send me a direct message with your mailing address and I can get those mailed out!

The biggest difference between the Nappa and normal leather has to do with the feel of the material and it's durability.

First, let me say I have loved my Clazzio regular leather seat covers for the last five years. Having said that, I am a little disappointed that after only 5 years and 35K miles, the drivers seat cover is cracking. (likely because I'm short and getting in and out of the truck puts stress on that area) I'm considering going with Katzkin or maybe the Clazzio Nappa leather. Anyone else have this happen?
