Will a standard Tacoma rear bumper fit a Prerunner model?

I remember hearing somewhere that the fitting for the rear bumper is different for a prerunner model. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and I was wondering if that is true. I accidentally bumped into a wall in a narrow parking lot and I was wondering if it would be worth it to fix it or just buy a new one. Has anybody replaced their rear bumper with a steel one? What is the process like? I am looking at some bumpers on eBay. Anybody have any experience with upgrading their bumper? How much extra weight does it add? Does it affect fuel economy and by how much? If I accidentally bump into something again will it dent as easily? Just looking for advice. The ones that I'm looking at ebay are

I know it says that its compatible, but I just want to make sure and take advice from someone who may have done the upgrade before.

It will fit. The bumpers are the same from 05-15. (The rear bumpers)
