Didn't they change it a few years ago, so you pay sales tax even when purchased from out of state? When did you buy yours?

Not sure about the whole tax thing. All that I know is, I didn’t get charged tax or shipping. I bought mine last week and they got here today.

I thought all LED had sequential.
I’m reading the description on the oem parts toyot website and it says non sequential.
    Is that true.?

All OEM LED are reverse sequential, both pro and non pro.

    These are 100 percent OEM?
I’m surprise they are extremely cheap compare to the dealership at 1,000 each

Yep 100% OEM. Do a quick search of the part numbers. A lot of Toyota dealerships have them in the 600-700 range.

If I remember the description on the Pros described them as sequential while the Non Pros were not described that way. I have one of each on my truck and they are both sequential

I always wondered if the plan was to have them that way with the regular version just a regular flash and then someone screwed up and just order one run of electronics or the costs were more than expected and they were just like f it, let’s just go with the one and never updated the description.

OEMPARTSOURCE is where I got mine. Ordered on a Monday and arrived 3 days later. Awesome packaging (double boxed) and no scuffs or broken tabs. I rarely write reviews but I did for this. 10OFF for 10% off shipping

Excuse the rookie question, what is TRS?

The retrofit source. They offer an OEM LED conversion harness option. I personally think it is a mess with the way they tie grounds together and get polarity wrong (Toyota does it backwards but halogen bulbs don't care about polarity) on the low beam connector, sell at $50 which is for one side while the photos are all of one pair.

    From my DIY thread:

If you are looking to purchase a pre-made harness, my personal recommendation is avoid TRS's option as it is a cluster. As of 4/22/2021 the best options as I see it are

    1. This eBay listing ($49 for both sides, unbeatable price, users report good quality)
    2. Mike (xrunnerdude67@gmail.com) priced at $85, formally blocked from TW due to being unresponsive to emails but I run his harness, it's top quality, the guy is legit and if you are patient you will get your harness.
    3. My own BST thread for my version of the conversion harness with integrated grille light feed priced above all other options.

If all you desire is the cheapest possible way to get OEM LED headlights installed on a vehicle and you don't have any qualms, warranty-wise or otherwise about cutting up your OEM wiring harness, you can go directly to this post from @caribe makaira for the hack-and-slash option.

If you have an SR / SR5, refer to post 2 in the DIY thread.

If I could do it all over again, I would go straight to Dave and his product.
Amazing support and uses quality parts.

Also plug and play is the way to go IMO.

My dealer price matched at 670 each.
I think most local dealers will work with you.
For me I wanted them to have to deal with sending back a headlight that was damaged from shipping.
I read a lot of story's about the headlight tabs being broken during shipping.

What option did you go with initially?
