Northern NV / Southern ID Tips

Hey gang,

I’m headed to Montana next week to pick up my GFC tent but wanted to explore on the way out. Definitely going to do the drive from Elko to Jarbidge into ID, but wanted to see if y’all had any suggestions of where to check out on the way. Currently thinking of staying in one of the campgrounds outside Jarbidge for a night.

Thanks for the tips! We did Elko —> Jarbidge —> Murphy hot springs.

You weren’t kidding… There was still some snow on the road up above 8K feet, but nothing too bad thankfully. 10 minutes of shoveling and we were all good. The flowers were amazing!

 

We actually did stop there. It was pretty cool!
