Aksully not exactly, though I'm not exactly sure what function a coil does on a single band antenna. edit: other than attenuating the middle of the frequency range possibly.

I've seen people run these in the cab before:
    https://www.amazon.com/Nilight-9000...nch+rocker+switch&qid=1624626264&sr=8-1-spons

I'm using one on the tiller handle of my boat to run the tilt/trim to trim the motor up and down on the fly. As opposed to your typical I-O rocker switch, this is a momentary I-O-I switch. They're handy for winches on UTVs and such. But if you go buy a nice winch and can get a good wired controller from them, I'd go for that. It just removes a bunch of variables in an already high amperage system.

And, depending on your style, winching might not be *that* frequent. You're already having to get out to run straps and line; so, maybe plugging in their dedicated controller wouldn't be a hassle. It's just too many amps to be playing around with. Being sketchy with lights and junk is one thing - I've got the sketchy wiring t-shirt from running jon boats. Always remember, 3 wire nuts in your pocket can get you home!

But with a winch, err on the safe side, for sure.

I was at the Toyota dealership in Jonesboro, AR yesterday, and they only have a few used tacos..no new. It'll be that way for a while according to a good friend who's a salesman there. They're asking $42k for a '17 with 27k miles on it...and it's got a dent in the bedside. If all you need is $37k to get out of it, I'm sure they'd be happy to give you that for it. Don't know if Tulsa's dealerships are like that right now, but they're hurting for trucks to sell right now in Jboro. If you do that, come sell me some of your aftermarket stuff before you do the deal at the dealership. :D:D

Thats good to know! The highest I've gotten so far was $31k from a local Chevy dealer. I haven't made it down to Tulsa yet.

Need some help. Finally thinking of lifting my taco. 2012 DCSB. Looking at lifts has got me all confused on what i should go with. Thinking 2-3in, will eventually have a cap, with some type of deck in the bed with storage, usually pull a lawn more or sxs. Any information can help. Id like to keep the budget as low as possible with the ability to add as i go.

I would check with Brian at 4X4 Mud Connection in Little Rock. I had him install Bilstein 5100 shocks front and back with OME 2886 springs on the front. In the back I went with a rear spacer because at the time I was contemplating either a camper shell or a bed rack so I was unsure as to which springs to buy. And more to the point you can trust his shop to do the job correctly.

I went with a full OME setup, excellent design, great ratings, longevity is a known thing with these guys. Plus, if you get the medium leaves, you can always do the add a leaf later to make them heavy once you throw on your bed rack and other accessories. Overall pricing is really good too, you're not going to break the bank buying a full kit from them and it is cheaper than piecing a kit together for most other manufacturers.

Another option is to use Eibach for the fronts, since they can be reset and adjusted by either someone who knows what they're doing or by a shop, and then blocks in the rear until you figure out how much weight you're going to put back there, then you can upgrade to heavier duty rear leaf springs such as from icon, Deaver (best) Dakar etc

Bruce Wayne taste on an Alfred budget.
I have just recently installed my lift and love it. Front: OME nitros (soft valving) with 885 coils, trim packer and 1/2" top spacers, SPC UCAs. Rear: Deaver single AAL with OME nitros (will eventually upgrade to a better leaf pack when I figure out how much weight I'm going to add). I got exactly 3 inches. I'm sure it will settle to around 2.5"-2.75". I've used it to tow my boat and mower without any issues. The ride quality is improved from stock, on, and especially, off road. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself about what your actually going to use the truck for. Kings are fricken sweet but for a third of the cost the OMEs will do everything that I need. Hope this helps.

Without any additional front weight, 885s. If you have a heavy bumper or want a stiffer ride, 886s.

    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/s..._Pack_-_05-15_Tacoma_(OME0515TACO-DAKAR).html

I put on the OME kit from @HeadStrongoffroad about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied off road, highway and towing. I got the 885 coils because I have the US OffRoad hidden bumper and winch. Got the HD Dakar leaf packs due to the rear weight I'm always saddled with (FliPac, tool boxes, rear bumper with swingout and spare). It's settled down overtime to 2.5 inches. Put 33's on there with typical trimming needed.

For me, this has been a good pick, full support, very little sway, good clearance and a smooth ride off road and interstate speeds.
