    Hey guys,

so recently I’ve been in the market of upgrading my suspension. I haven’t completely decided yet but I think the ICON stage 2 kit is going to be the right fit for me. Anyway I have a lift on my truck now (just motofab block lift) and it rides like hell which is to be expected because of my cheap younger self, decided not to go with the one time forever lift kit. I installed my previous kit myself with very few hiccups but this kit seems a lot more in depth.

I guess what I’m asking is does anyone live near Richmond that had a trustworthy shop for me to look into for this install? Not sure if anyone knows someone who has experience with these trucks or that kit in particular, obviously I will be doing my own homework but the jumping on the forums to as for help never hurts!

Drive to Norfolk, call Mike at Eastern Off Road, he has been in business 30 years or more. I think its now Eastern Truck Accessories. They did mine, total turn key, no one issue. Trucks come from all over to get him to lift their vehicles. The shop is amazing.

OP, just know that if you want to go to Eastern, they only install lifts they’ve sold you. You won’t be able to buy the lift kit yourself and have them install it.

Not true unless he just changed his policy. I took my own part to them as well as my friends have supplied their own coils.

I can recommend Trailtech 4x4. Herb runs it and has always done great work on my 4Runner.

Edit: I've never bought parts from him, so I don't think that will be a problem.
