I just installed that one 2 weeks ago. Charges my Samsung 21 really quick. I put it into the cigarette lighter hole. What a bitch of a thing to get at....

Much appreciated dude, this is the answer I was looking for!

Maybe I just get the one you linked, and wire in from the inside with the cigarette lighter connections directly (so the one in my dash will be disconnected) since yo0u read my mind and knew I needed quick charge too!

Does that wire right into the stock wiring without splicing?

The stock pos/neg actually run perpendicular connections (like this > instead of ||), so I would have to seperate the leads to run it to the Amazon one as they are physically parallel.

I've seen someone use this same connector spliced into the cig and ran it as a secondary within their glove compartment, so I don't see why the cig lighter wiring wouldn't work if you did a direct replacement of it.

If you aren't relocating the ports elsewhere, why didn't you just get a simple plug-in adapter? I run two of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VQ8GS26/

If you're patient it'll come, just depends on how bad you need em. And you gotta be willing to drive for em which is what I've learned. All of my big parts came from good treks out of town...

I'm in Toronto and went to Windsor for my first set of Mobtown sliders/Skids (now sold), saved over 1k I think. My second pair of Sliders which I have on the truck now lucked out and found I guy in Quebec who sold me a brand new RCI pair uncoated for $600. Nice enough to meet me halfway on the highway too.

I'm always looking/have alerts set up on every sales channel...it's rare but they pop up! I will tell you if I see anything.

That sucks, but there is a cool alternative:

Watch the first 30 seconds of this https://youtu.be/hXhDdBiHj5E you can get a drone affect with a 360 camera and a very long selfie stick. (The stick gets hidden after the video is stitched)

Cool loophole to get around the drone rules, with my luck the stick would break when I'm holding the camera near a cliff

Ooh. This gives me an excuse to buy a better welder. I can weld, my welder just isn't great with higher thickness steel.

Edit: Oof, 250 bucks in boarder taxes/shipping. Anyone know of a Canadian made version?
