I just install on passenger side a 6112 bilstein shock. I tighten the nut on the damper down and the bushing looks crooked. I tried reinstalling it 3 times and it keeps ending up in this position. Im using the KYB suspension mount.

    Will this work?

The only two things I can think of, judging by the photos, it looks like you ran the top hat nut down too far and squeezed the rubber out. It also, and I'm guessing here, looks like you might have had some oil or grease on the rubber bushing which allowed it to squeeze out of place.

I'm not sure if I torque it down far enough.. because I didn't get it to 20ft/lb. I did put a little grease on it though, because I didn't want the rubber tear. Both sides, driver and passenger have the bushing sitting out of place like that.

Looks to me like he does not have a top-hat on it! Or the KYB mount is mounted upside down or is wrong. Either way there is no way based on his pics the spring is going to stay in the proper position. Look closer at the OME pic and it's top-hat.

Somethings definitely wrong in that top hat area. The spring is not seated properly. Take it off disassemble and re try. That’s what I would do. Pics are kinda blurry to tell fully

The mounting studs are part of the top hat. You can see those in the photos so I think it's a safe assumption that the top hat is there.

its not seated properly. the bottom bushing (under the top hat) should of slid into the spring. The other side is seated properly and is not as crooked

Still F'd up so where is the solution? Deffinetly parts are not installed correctly, or parts are wrong. Don't give a #$×+ about anything other than a solution. What you got? Did my install of same 6112 on my Gen3 which is no different install than Gen2 and had no issues so something is wrong with his parts or install. My coil was seated directly against the underside of the OEM Top-hat.

Something doesn't seem right with the install. Make sure you are not missing the OE washer and OE bushing under the top hat. It seems to me that top bushing shouldn't bulge out that extreme(hard to tell from blurry pic) and the 2 top mount nuts show more threads than what I recall on shock install pics. Here's a breakdown on the 6112:
