I’d like to take this opportunity to shout out to 3M Super 33+ electrical tape. This shit is the best I’ve ever used. I’m peeling some off that I did 5 years ago and it’s still holding perfectly.

Superchargers online seems to stock Magnusson parts if you're looking for the exact replacement.

When I called Magnuson about a broken pulley stud they referred me to Superchargers online to find it because Maggy doesn't stock parts apparently.

Super 88 is a good option as well. I exclusively use those two products for electrical tape

Kind of sucks that shipping for just the IC seal is $16 - more than half the price of the seal kit from SCOL. I'm ordering the rest of the parts from ZZ performance because they have the upgraded coupler that doesn't have the spring.

I’m still running my original coupler. Do they break or is there some performance advantage to changing it?

That plus it's a more direct tie into the blower so acceleration is quicker.

Lol, truthfully I like to avoid sparks and shorts/ popped fuses whenever possible, so before I go into a system and do some sort of add on or rewire I like to make sure that my plan is bulletproof or that my knowledge of the setup is up to par.

Good thing I ran it like that too because sure enough I didn't have enough wire to provide for a second run to where I intended to run it either. I just finished up the wiring job this morning and the upper 12 volt part of the gauge works without a hiccup. I have yet to receive the 24 volt battery that I need in order to complete the setup though so I'll know Tuesday night if it is going to work out or not. Worse comes to worse I'll have to pull the main lead off the terminal block and just run it straight to the gauge itself.

    That it is brother. :D

Lol oh shoot. The thing would rip so much harder if it had a blower on it, but yeah I was installing it on my boat.

    PXL_20210723_034524480.jpg PXL_20210724_024758727.jpg

I can't add fully functioning photos because the LEDs from the gauges are making my camera flip out and I don't know how to get rid of it on this new Google Pixel phone. I used to be able to know how to eliminate that on my previous one.

The overall install and presentation turned out nice and clean though. Fully ignition switch operated and turns off upon the key being turned out so there will never be a constant on parasitic draw present.

FYI - I just found that URD has a replacement "orange silicon seal".
    https://urdusa.com/magnuson-replace...al-intercooler-core-4-0l-supercharger-system/

But for $5.99 more (excluding shipping), the SuperChargers Online (SCOL) kit includes the lid and intercooler o-rings, "intercooler vibration insert" and a small tube of RTV.

Like the phrase “measure twice, cut once” my approach to maintenance since I barely drive these days is to spend months researching in order to place as few orders as possible to save on separate shipping.

Although I’m about ready to just ship the blower to Jon Bond and have them deal with it and go ride my mountain bike in the meantime.

If I had a stock ECU without the TRD tune, I’d consider putting back the OEM manifold while the supercharger was off. That would really make me appreciate having it!
