SPC UCA bushing clunk, anyone experience this?

Ever since I installed my new coilovers, UCA and cv's I have been getting this annoying clunk after driving around for 10 min.+ every time I turn left/right or accelerate from stop. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out where it was coming from I checked the LCA cam bolts, play in the cv(which is normal), took sway bar off, replaced LBJ, checked outer tie rod and even replaced my rusted skid plate. After doing a little digging online I realized many people were having the same issue with SPC UCA bushings as shown in video below (not my video different model uca's). It always starts after 10+min of driving when bushings warm up(never in cold). Now i'm about to order a new pair to replace but there are two different looking UCA with same part number 25460. I have the rounded arms not the flat bar. Which is the updated version? I originally ordered these thinking they were the updated version:

I was looking for Polly busings but I can't find any.
Thinking about moving to another UCA.
Every alignment shop I've been to in 3 states all say for me to get rid of the SPC even with the paperwork for how to adjust them.
I'm also having the issue of them not staying locked after being torqued down.
My latest issue is the bushings are worn after a 1.5 years. I ordered replacent bushings but I'm having second thoughts.

 

No issues here. Haven’t seen very many issues in general but replacement bushings are part of normal maintenance. I would just get new ones. Not a big deal.

As far as adjustments not staying locked, if that’s the case then you aren’t torquing them down correctly or use a little loctight. Mine have never come loose and I beat the hell out of my truck on 35s.

Most alignment shops don’t actually know how to do an alignment. They can only do what the computer tells them to do which is why they say get rid of them. It’s because they are morons who don’t really know what they are doing. Ask them the alignment specs of a 34 packard and they will have no idea because it’s not in the computer. Find a decent alignment tech who knows what they are doing.

 

Call SPC, often times with proof of purchase they will warranty them and swap you into a set of the x-axis versions for little to no money. They stopped making that bushing design a while ago because they were having issues.
