Does anyone have Merc PCM reflashing capabilities or the know-how on how to do it? I got a 60HP that I want to up to 68HP but my understanding is that no commercial is offering those capabilities anymore even though they are capable of doing it due to some lawsuit crap.

Anywho... I'm all ears if you have any info. Thanks in advance.
