I do. Classic evinrude. My friend who’s a marine mechanic is fixing it up for me. It runs needs a few parts replaced just in case.

And thanks for the input. I’ll check those sites out later. So far I’ve sanded the ground locations REALLY well and put diolectric grease around the screws/sanded parts. Works fine now. Mechanics at my work said it’s just one of those things you have to maintain on old home made trailers like the one I have.

I really can't claim trailer lights were ever an issue with me. Biggest problem i've had was breaking a lens's on the trailer in my crowded garage when i carried stuff by.:frusty:

Yep. Been there. Last time I was pulled over, the State Trooper came up to my window holding the broken end of my trailer pig tail that was hanging out the back of the truck. No trailer, just the broken 4 wire pigtail. Moral of the story: don’t forget to unplug when you unhook.:anonymous:

We have henri coming...suppose to be a dead center hit. Many of the lake residents are pulling their boats out. I decided to leave mine in, just secure it better. One of my other boats went through a hurricane a few years ago, and made out ok. Tomorrow should be interesting.
