    Hello good afternoon everyone I have a questions my fan clutch is going bad and wanted to see which brand is the best to replace it with and maybe while I'm at it should I replace any other parts. thanks . 2004 Tacoma V6 152000 miles automatic

    As mentioned, Rockauto offers an Aisin fan clutch as does Amazon (sometimes cheaper).
    $89 FCT-013 Engine Cooling Fan Clutch - Compatible with Select Toyota 4Runner, T100, Tacoma, Tundra
    FCT-013 is the 'green' variant that's meant for vehicles equipped with the tow package. I went this route due to all my goodies added.
    $125 FCT-067 Engine Cooling Fan Clutch - Compatible with Select Toyota Tacoma
    FCT-067 is the 'orange' variant that's lighter duty.

    It's like a 10-minute job -

    Since mine doesn't have tow package but I do Carry have stuff sometimes should I get the fct 013 even though I don't have the tow package?

    This sounds like bad advice. When the truck is fully up to running temps and not overheating, one trouble shooting technique is to gently (and carefully) stop the fan clutch assembly from spinning to verify it is working correctly. IMO, stopping the fan from spinning using your hand is a reckless move and could easily break the plastic fan.

    have you ever replaced the fan bearing. That's one thing I'd change while your doing this job. If it fails, it can do quite a bit of damage.
