I’m doing this next week. Have pucks in front for last few years and never had an issue. But the angle wore out the uca bushings. Going to ome uca and these up front. Ordered the whole kit not knowing you could just get the fronts. Already have extended rear shocks, toytecs (which are the same eibachs). I’m hoping it won’t rub and will tighten up the front end. Have no rubbing now with my 33s. Going second notch. Seems most on here like them. Was gonna do bilstein 5100 and ome springs originally. Didn’t know eibach did truck stuff outside of lowering springs. I’ve built a couple Jeep’s and what’s funny is no one I know runs 5100s on their jeep or would. Like how most talk about rough country here. Anyway. Stoked to see the difference and have read way too many pages about suspension. I’ll post up after I get it all and installed. Plus. How’s the ride off-roading?

wanted to check in ... at about 7 months into the Eibach stage 1 kit... I am satisfied. Utterly.
Suits me fine... I'm not a rock crawler, but I'm off pavement on BLM roads daily, and for my purposes, mellow trails and BLM / Forest Service Roads, this kit has been perfect.

Love the way it drives, and have not encountered anything that I felt suspension was holding me back on.

I did switch out the wheeler's add a leaf for a full Icon RXT leaf pack. I have decked drawers with a bunch of crap in them, so definitely some weight in the back.... but nothing extreme, but with the AAL, it began to squat too much. Swapping out the AAL and going with the full Icon RXT leaf pack dialed things in.

So, quick overview, I'm on Eibach Stage 1 at 2nd notch up front and now with the RXT leaf pack in the back. Zero offset wheels. 285 tires. I have SPC UCA's, but no body mount chop or anything like that. Doesn't rub on any circumstance that I've encountered.

Anyway... I am very pleased. Great value in my opinion.

C9649C0E-10A9-4A88-9B17-7FFF0E77DFAD.jpg So got this put on. Did the fronts yesterday and the rears today. The front made a huge difference in drivability. Figured since I had toytec rears which are eibachs anyway. I wouldn’t need to swap them. The toytecs are a little longer. I swapped them today and holy poop. Drives perfect. Smooth no bounce. I also realized the new eibachs are like three times firmer to compress. The toytecs are super soft. Like mountain bike soft. Can compress pushing with a hand with little pressure. Didn’t realize as I had them installed after I ordered them. I would hit the rear bump stops on highway joints, hard. Thought was more the oem leafs. But no it’s the fact the shocks provided minimal if any damping. Plus the shock bodies are starting to bulge and rust terrible. This is after 20k miles. Roughly two years. So been running this for the last two years with basically no rear shocks. Painful jolts. Guess I’m trying to say is I’m very happy I did this. Makes me want to drive my truck again. Just hope these shocks last more than 20k. Running 285s no rub even stuffed. 0 offset and factory UCA. Have brand new OME uca for sale if anyone is looking for some. Can see in between the toytec sticker the lines of rust where the shock body is bulging and deformingAD8A2FE6-D573-4F7C-BB7C-9ABB54C81E07.jpg

My Tacoma arrived Monday. I've had the Eibach and wheel for months lol.

Putting 285/70/R17 KO2s on wheels Monday. Putting lift on Wednesday. Gonna see how the fit works and go from there.

Do I need to order rear blocks? (Plan to run Eibach on 2nd notch)

Opinions on ECGS? Should I go ahead and order or hold off.

Gonna run stock UCA for now. It seems like it can be done.

    Any advice would be great.

If you want any lift in the rear you will need to install a block or add a leaf. I would suggest getting an add a leaf, there are plenty of expensive options or budget options. I just went with a cheap WOLF one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/WULF-Leaf-20...words=tacoma+add+a+leaf&qid=1630003687&sr=8-4

I would hold off on the ECGS for now. You can always add it later. And you should be okay with out UCA's but you will probably need to some trimming to avoid rubbing, definitely depending on how well the alignment goes and offset of the wheels.

Wheels are 17x8 with -10mm offset. Hope this helps me.

I really appreciate the quick response. I may order some 1.5" blocks for now.

I'm on second notch with 2" lift in the rear and is about level. No extra weight up front

I decided to just run the stock rears until they get released instead of wasting money

285s are on 16x8 with 0 offset. I'm on 2nd notch with 2" in rear. No real extra weight but ifs skid. Some here will say it's blasphemy or witchcraft that I'm getting no rub anywhere. But it's more your wheel width and offset that creates the issues more than the uca. Most here like to run wide wheels and an aggressive offset. Hence the extra work

Can someone get the the height of there OR/Sport from the antenna to ground with the 2nd notch and 285's plzzzz. I'm getting paranoid my truck won't fit in my garage.

Edit: Did my own research. Stock Sport is is 70.6" + 2nd notch and 1/4" spacer is 1.5" + 285's at 2" over stock wheels divided by 2 is 1". So, 73.1 I'll round that up to 74". My garage is 83" so I'll be fine.

Here it is with the lift. I did not add anything to the rear yet. Gonna let the suspension settle and go from there

285/70/R17 on K02s. No rubbing, used the second notch.

The other day when I turned and hit the curb to pull into a friend's driveway I definitely rubbed. This was my initial expectations but caught me off guard when it occurred haha.

As the front end continues to settle I imagine I'll have more of this. Gonna take some time to do a little trimming soon. I don't think a heat gun will save me here. But we will see. The trimming be very minimal. I'll post anything I have to do on here.
