I had my Tacoma's alignment completed by a local Toyota dealership after I installed my TRD OEM lift kit. Used the top groove for the front shocks and installed 2" Torch AAL's on the rear, instead of the 1" blocks. Effectively I have 2" increase all around the truck.

I was not pleased with the alignment experience at the dealership. I'm not going to get into all of the details since I believe I posted them previously. I did however, want to post the alignment sheet that they handed to me when I finally took delivery of my truck. I am most concerned about the overall increase in toe; wasn't like that when I brought it in. It seems excessive.

    Do these numbers look acceptable?

I had missed a golden opportunity to grease my cams on my LCA's when I was installing the new front shocks; using the in shock tower spring compression method. I hate to disassemble everything again to grease them but will be so more inclined to do so if my alignment is less than stellar.

Looks fine to me. Installing a lift without new upper control arms made to accommodate the new angles you can only expect so much.

Alignment looks good to me. You want your toe to be slightly positive. .12 is close to being dead center of the spec. You want a little higher for two reasons. It is a static number and when you drive it will go negative and as your suspension settles, it will usually go negative as well.

I did see that procedure previously (and have it bookmarked). I was just concerned that with the increased spring compression due to the new shocks being set on the third groove, that it was going to be more difficult to coax the cams/cam bolts out from the bushings even when supporting the inner side of the lower control arms with a jack.

Once you have the side you're working secured with a jack stand under the frame, you can use a floor jack to tweak the LCA up or down a bit to help remove the cam sleeve.
