Who else in here does CBD?

I recently have gotten into CBD for my anxiety that I have and I love it. I use the smoking part of it the most I love the cigs and the joints you can have legally here. It relaxes me & thats all I want. THC really isnt for me no hate just not for me. What do you CBD and why? Please share. Btw these cbd cigs I think are great for anyone looking for an alternative to smoking or someone who wants to quit but cant put the heater down. CBD will help with anxiety, stress, headaches, pain, etc. I hope this helps some people on here. CBD is legal here where I live in Los Angeles.

 

Yep. I have a topical cream for joint pain/inflammation. Tincture for drops. Gummies/tincture for relaxing/anxiety/sleep. Don’t use as much as I use to, but definitely love the benefits of it.

Friend makes bath bombs, and post surgery it's awesome.

 

I use topical a lot for arthritis in my hands. My dogs who are afraid of fireworks get it when July 4th and New Years comes around.

Yeah, my mom gave me some for x mas in cream form. Use it for my knees.
Edibles or inhalation doesn’t do it for me. I have ADD and makes me feel like I take Ritalin. Total downer for me that way.

I was doing gummies and those were helping me get really good sleep at night. I started using the CBD tinctures and those seem to help me focus better and not get stressed as easily with things. We even give some to our dogs when we feed them dinner to help calm them down at night.

The dosage needed for CBD to actually be effective is very high and most of the products sold are nowhere near those those high numbers. I’ve tried it for arthritis and back pain and saw no results. I kinda think it’s really expensive snake oil but people swear by it so I guess it must work for some.

I use a few different forms of cbd. I too like the flowers affects but don’t really enjoy inhaling things. Can’t be good for the ol lungs.
FYI if you are worrying about drug tests most cbd products are safe. Hemp flower is not however. There is enough THC that if you smoke regularly it will build up and nail you on a pee test. So be careful.

 

I used a dry herb vape with cbd flowers before I retired, tinctures didn't do much for me, but that helped. I checked with the HR guy to be sure in case something showed up on a test as I didn't want to jeopardize my retirement. If the flower has thc-a it will change (decarboxlate) into thc when heated and will show up on a test. Just a heads up. : )
