Any good wheeling in the spacecoast?

Hi, i’m moving to Melbourne in a month or so, and was wondering if there are any recommendations foe offroad spots.

Good wheeling in Space Coast? Not sure there's much in the way of good wheeling in Florida period.

There is hard Rock OHV in Ocala national forest, there's another OHV down in South Florida, and twice a year TW tries to get together and do the citrus county camp and ride, but those are really the only areas I'm aware of for wheeling. There's a number of other wildlife preserves with some trails but realistically it's just sand and swamp 'round here.

Last couple of times I've gone Wheeling I've met up with other members in Tennessee Georgia Alabama and what not, but if you really wanna wheel, you got to go out of state.

 

If anybody does any wheeling, please post it up, I'd love to go....

That said Florida ain't nothing but sand so, premuch anything that ain't paved.

I won't call it great off roading but the compound in Palm Bay offers you a chance to get your truck dirty. I wouldnt stay long after dark if unarmed fwiw.

 

Concur. Parts of Palm Bay are like a demilitarized zone. No offense to any Palm Bay members.

 

Behind Space Coast Credit Union off Wickham Rd in Melbourne. No actual wheeling but decent spread of trails to explore. Most access points have been closed off but there is still a way in, I’ll PM you details if you’re interested.
