I just replaced my OEM Toyos with the Continental Terrain Contact A/T’s. I went up a little in size to 265/70/17. This is my daily driver and I am always on pavement. I wanted something more aggressive looking with a quiet ride. I’ve had them on for only a few days but they are much better than the Toyo’s. They are the same noise level and have excellent traction. Just wanted to share with anyone who doesn’t go off-road often.

Looks good man! I’m considering these when I replace my OEM Toyos before winter. I wonder how they perform in snow?

I wish I got them sooner. Rides much better to my surprise. They have a 60k warranty too. I got them through Discount Tire Direct. They had a rebate which ended 8/31 on them also.

I’ve had good luck with Continental. Wife’s Camry has a set of PureContact LS and they’re awesome tires.

Are you on stock suspension/height? I have a 2022 SR on the way and am wanting to immediately replace the wheels with 16" TRD wheels. I have been looking at those exact tires, was originally thinking of going with the stock tire size 265/70/16 but seeing those and how great they look is making me want to step up to 265/75/16 (which should be the same height as your 265/70/17's). Just want to make sure they will fit without rubbing before ordering. Thanks!

They will work fine on your truck. You are increasing your ride height by a small margin. They ride great and I have zero complaints.

Thanks! As a follow up, how are you liking those tires now that they have been on for a while? I am particularly interested in them because of heir wet conditions performance; the reviews I have read say they greatly out perform other AT tires. We don't get much snow where I am, but lots of rain and some ice in the winter

I have no complaints. I’m in NJ and had a descent amount of snow. They are quiet and provide great traction in all conditions. I have about 10k on them and they show no wear too. Much better than OEM.

I put a set on my 08 DCSB TRD OFFROAD about 10,000 miles ago. Great tire with no traction problems in the winter. I will be putting the same on my wife's crosstalk this fall.
