So I am actually still in high school so I can give you a pretty good rundown. All of the highschools are amazing, but Lone Star has the least funding and highest "incident" rate. I'm not sure if you are aware or not but Frisco itself is building its 12th high school right now, so by the time your kids are of age they may be at a different school than planned.

To be completely up front with you, there are still drugs here, just not crazy amounts and normally reserved for the rich kids.
    -Adderall
    -Weed
    -Vape Stuff
-Like the tiniest bit of coke

Wakeland is the white, "redneck" highschool. (Redneck used very loosely)
Reedy is new, pretty smart, and diverse. (Mostly from asian countries)
^I go to neither of these schools but have good friends that do and they love it.

The district offers programs at the Career and Technical Education Center, an off-campus option for highschoolers where we can learn anything from Engineering, culinary arts, criminal justice, medical sciences, and my personal favorite, welding.

I don't know if y'all have been down here yet, but the Star complex (Cowboys) is phenominal.

If you choose Frisco you can watch highschool football games in a state-of-the-art air conditioned facility, a professional soccer stadium, and a regular football field (not important I just thought it was cool lol)

Also, Legacy office park? You wouldn't happen to be working for toyota would you?

Yo! I’m in the area. Live in Allen, office at Legacy West. Soon to be off Lebanon. Let’s arrange a meet! There was one a few years back at Cabela’s but I think it was short lived to due the volume of folks that showed up.

There’s no short of car meets here so I’m sure we could find a parking lot to meet up! Nothing is ever the best the first time around we just need to spread the word!

Thank you for all of that info! Great point about the 12th school. Seems like that’s par for the course down there now. I read Prosper just built a second high school. I’m sure they’ll have 3 or 4 by the time my kids are in high school at the rate the area is growing.

When you say redneck, do you mean it’s just mostly white people or are they actually rednecks haha. I went to a redneck high school in PA and the “country” kids brought dirt bikes and tractors to school, flew confederate flags (in Pennsylvania), shit like that. I’d rather avoid that kind of stuff haha.

Yeah mostly white lol, don’t worry FISD doesn’t tolerate stuff like that. You’ll see a bunch of trucks but that’s about it.

Realized I forgot to answer this. Unfortunately, no, I am not working for Toyota. Would love to if they have employee pricing! Haha

Toytec ultimate lift kit, light racing UCAs, ARB bumper and full skid plates underneath. Looking into redoing the suspension and maybe repainting the ol' Taco.
Figure I'll check in, since I have been dormant from TW for a while. I'm north of lake Lewisville.

I am over in Fort Worth but planning to move over to SW Dallas (Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts).

One thing of note, regarding a move to TX, is that the toll roads are generally a total scam. What I mean by that, is that at times, they will jump up to $15+ dollars for a single segment. I was commuting from downtown Fort Worth to Carrollton or Plano 3-5 times a week for ~2 years and the toll roads are sometimes as slow, or slower than the regular roads. Moving from Florida and the midwest before that, the toll situation here is the worst I have ever experienced and appears to be stagnant at best.
