@Speedytech7 posted one awhile back of a meme blown way up with super high-res using some kind of program/witchcraft, that one was really weird.

Doesn't help that I'm right in front of a 27" monitor

I could ask lol. Even $750-$800 range would be better than $1100 or whatever they quoted me last year.
Yeah I’m extremely upset with FedEx. This time I sent it straight to a pickup location. So they can’t say it was destroyed riding in a truck for 2 days of routes. Dealers both said they can’t change the packaging (Conicelli used to be very cheap for me and would custom package all my expensive orders) so I guess it’s case by case with dealers.
I’ve been scarred for life after experiencing parts store racks on a few different trucks that belong to family members. Maybe I’m being dumb but I want to replace it and not touch it again past ps fluid changes, tie rods, and boot inspections.

Stuff that I need to buy.. Well I think I do anyway..

Apple iPad Mini AT&T (new version that is coming out this fall) since the old one has been around a while or something like an iPad AIR Pro -- not really familiar with the models.

Garmin InReach mini to have GPS and some form of communication where there is no cell coverage. I can't map shit on cell phone GPS if I don't have some level of cell coverage -- albeit interrupted.

I don't even trust parts stores anymore either after my starter had to be replaced again in a year. Plus most of the time its the same manufacturer. Might as well get it cheaper and risk the same online.

So I have an inreach, but I’m trying to figure out how that works with your cell phone mapping?

I map stuff using osmand on my old s7, but it’s a bit obtuse

I'm sorry but I just can't take anything a trash panda says seriously

Used to have a family of them that lived on the roof of my old place, and when I say family I mean immediate, extended and friends of. It was like a trash panda party on the roof every night during spring/summer.

the little ones are pretty cute though, I'll give them that. Before they grow up to be hissing garbage monkeys.

I don’t know if the inReach app has mapping? As far as I know all you can do is text off of it?

though they did just come out with a new device that lets you look at a map I believe.

    is your inReach updated?

yeah you can definitely map with an in reach, I did my whole Alaska trip with one. And it does have the Earthmate app for viewing , but you really don’t need it - all the data points get logged over the satellite connection.

You can use the Earthmate app to send satellite text messages, but it doesn’t provide data service
