Went out to TIE ROD BENDER in my Home Town a couple of weeks ago. I'm very excited to install the RAM ASSIST and NORTHWESTFAB transfer case parts during the winter.

Mounted the steering cooler and ran some lines. Im at a LOVE/HATE when I ended up cutting grill deep to fit it.

So, I have been working on my front YUKON zip locker.. No leaks other than it just purges out of the exhaust port of my MAC valve. Diff breather is venting fine, pull the diff inspection and no noise for the axle housing as most are prone to leak from. Even if I pull the line of the diff and plug it nothing seems to keep this from venting out the solenoid port.

Also I have tried 2 different MAC valves to see if that was the issue too.

Back at it again, Pulled my t-case out again to check for a leak. Thinking the transmission output shaft seal may have gotten nicked during install. Obviously trying to install the heavy beast isn't fun on the floor. Or with a floor jack and adapter.

So it appears the trans seal has the same (2) notches as I had seen before when building the case. There were no real signs of a drip from either side of the cases. Transfer input or Transmission output. My understanding would say to replace the Transmission seal and the O-ring on the t-case Just because. Bone dry on both cases but running the vehicle was leaking puddles. When I shelled the two units, A decent amount of oil came out which had pooled.
