Tried Googling it and searching the forum but couldn't find anything. I'm to the point of the main dash panel but I feel like there's some nuts or bolts I'm missing on the upper section to secure it. Didn't want to break the dash. Any help would be appreciated as I'm hunting a broken wire for the cigarette light plugs between the fuse box and the plugs.

I don't have a direct answer for you but I would post some pictures, might help you get what you need.

Have you thought about gaining access to the factory repair manual or lesser comparable aftermarket solutions such as Haynes and Chilton

I'm cheap and usually pretty good at figuring it out without them. Trying to save all my money for guns, parts, kayak fishing accessories and Snap-on tool payments lol. All expensive hobbies.

Found the ones I was missing. It was the one behind the glove box panel and for the air bag. Now I need to find a fuse box as the issue is inside the fuse box. Open circuit between the pin 5 of the ACC SKT relay and 1K connector pins 4 and 11. Also found some corrosion on a couple other pins.
