Hey guys! Ended up scoring SEMA matte gray TRD wheels for $661 shipped. Going to put on my SR that came with steel wheels. Will the TPMS that are sold on Rock Auto for alloy wheels that state “no programming required” work ok?

I know I can flip the steel sensors 180 degrees as I researched, but I do not want to hassle doing that. I’ll have a tire shop install new ones and see if they can easily program? Please advise! Attached are pics of options.

Have you priced them at the tire shop doing the wheel swap? Might be the way to go warranty wise instead of buying from Amazon or Rock auto. Now if the tire shop wants dealership pricing then thats different.

Most tire shops (my experience with Le Schwab, America’s Tire Co, Discount tire) will swap your OEM sensors for a small fee.

I’d be more worried about some cheap knockoff Amazon sensors than I would be with the OEM ones being flipped around.

Call and ask whatever shop will be doing your tire install and see what they say.

You can buy them from a oem dealer website . I have used aftermarket ones at discount tire with zero issues .
