    No problem bro.

I've been thinking about using those rings. Would be a cheap solution. Just need to measure the knobs so I order the right size. Gotta find a metric tape measure, not sure if I have one or not.

agreed. every 3k for conventional and 5k for synthetic. The car dealers are in the business of selling cars. If they had cars that ran forever they would be out of business lol

Installed OEM remote tailgate lock and replaced halogen H11 low beams bulbs with brighter H9 bulbs.

Neither makes for exciting pictures, LOL.

That's what Toyota Care and the dealer says. I'll be lucky to have 4K on it by the one year mark though.

dont BMWs have a factory check engine light on when new? lol

Yes you can do long intervals, not really the best imo. I rather have it nice and clean.
The oil will break down with the heat, condensation/ moisture and not lubricate as its meant to. Hence would over time ruin your internals, sludge, ect. I doubt anyone will every have problem under 80-100k but i rather not take a chance to save a buck. again IMO

My M3 costs a fortune to maintain but it puts a huge mile on my face when you unleash 425hp.

Granted a lot has to do with how you're driving and conditions. I track my M3 so I do more oil changes than recommended. The three articles I linked to above lay it out pretty well. The 3K oil change is obsolete now with engine and oil technology and is just a way to get more of your money.

Toyota free oil changes for 2 years, every 10,000 miles.
Manual says 10,000 miles but lists 5,000 mile exceptions, which include just about everyone that takes their truck out of the garage.
But, Toyota won't pay for the 5,000 mile oil changes.
However, I wonder if they ask when I have a warranty issue, if I have been changing my oil every 5,000 miles because I live in the mountains???
Just speculating on the topic.

Now I just have to measure the knob. Be my luck they're a different size from the rest of the Entune herd.

My Blackstone report says otherwise. They suggest I run 15K intervals and I have 225,000 miles on the car...and they benefit from me doing shorter intervals because I send every sample to them.
