    Do you have a quick change setup? If you do, you can swap a different size pulley in about 20-30 minutes

    Believe it or not @JuanitoBunito I run a 70.5" OE sized belt in the RPM series of gates with a Roush tensioner on a 2.7. Zero slip issues. You should ditch the extra pulley and just go for the throat.

    I wrote that quickly. I meant with intake and exhaust modifications to be better than what was factory. You really shouldn't be running anything smaller than that unless you have cams, meth, or some other mods that I can't immediately think of.

    Magnuson supercharger, 2.6 quick change pulley, 76mm throttle body, Doug thorley long tubes, urd y pipe, wot box with 2 step, 170 thermostat, airaid intake, urd short throw, djm 3/4
    I have a quick change 2.5 pulley if someone’s interested. Shoot me an offer. I’m running the newer trd 4 runner intake set up with the different maf sensor and justdsm rescaled it for me and never had a problem and havnt maxed out the maf yet.

    Yea get the full parts list off page 1. That’s what I did. It was around $300 total with new mass air sensor and everything from Toyota. My cost Ofcorse. And just need to rewire the maf and your good.

    As @TRON says, this is relative. 2.5" works perfectly here.

    Not enough, at our elevation. Should have gone Quick Change - happiness is having 2.5" - 2.8" RIP-modded pulleys powdercoated and ready to swap, which I can do in a matter of minutes, depending on need. :cool:

    This pulley talk...should I install a quick change system before installing the supercharger? I live at 4,500ft and spend most of my time between that and 8,000ft.
