Since I've installed my OME lift (2" 2886 springs / UCA / HD leaf pack / Nitro shocks), and put in my ECGS bushing... all is smooth and good, except..... between 25 and 26 MPH, i get a slight vibration (less than rumble strips, but you can feel it).... once i hit 27 MPH, it's gone.

So, 0-24, nothing, 25 and 26 MPH - slight vibe, and 27+ MPH all smooth again.

I've tested this over and over again and it's literally only at 25 and 26 MPH...and that's it! lol. ???

    Thoughts?

Any drive line angle corrections done in the rear? Carrier bearing drop or pinion shims?

The shop that installed the lift, did an alignment (which i assume would be front and rear, but can't say honestly if rear was done) - drive shaft spacer (carrier bearing) was added - was a part of the kit, but no pinion shims... not sure i heard that was needed.

could be on the cusp of needing pinion shims. I would almost hesitate to change anything as you may start chasing more vibrations. If the vibration feels like it is coming from the rear I would measure the all the u-joint angles and look for any anomalies. There is a huge thread about u-joint angles and vibrations on here

Maybe take it back to the shop that did it. Could also be tire balance.
