I did the full hood with matte and gloss graphic cut out so I would not lose the matte finish.
Fenders, headlights, Bumper, grill, A pillar, and side mirrors all protected in Xpel PPF. Edges are wrapped where they could be.
The work of the install was amazing with so much attention to detail.
Speaking of Detail when I got the truck back that is when my hard work started with some help from my lovely lady. I started by washing the car with Gyeon Bathe then used a Griot's Garage fine clay mitt (the yellow one) to go over the whole truck to decon the paint until it was super smooth. Next I used a Porter Cable 7424XP with a White Hex Logic pad for a one step polish.
The polish was meguiar's M205. After I got out the mirror defects I did a IPA wipe down of every panel to ensure the paint would be clean of any oils left behind by the polish
Next came the Gtechiniq Crystal Serum Light followed by two coates of Exov4.

just posting this to help out anybody that is up in the air or would like to do this to their Taco or any vehicle. the pics do not do it justice of how much gloss and slickness it truly has after the work.

Nice work, so on the hood was it first just overall wrapped in gloss and then matt pieces cut into decal shapes and layers?

I'm kicking around if I want to get my Pro (same as yours) wrapped for the full front end, ceramic it all and then eventually get the doors and bed wrapped. I'll have to get a installer to do it all, I don't have the time anymore this winter to try with wrap/PPF or ceramic myself

Xpel has software that has pre cuts of a partial part of the decal so in order to keep the matte finished on the graphic that I have it had to be very carefully cut out by hand which I can not still believe how close they got to the graphic you can not even see where the line is from the PPF. If the installer is good and pays attention to detail they print extra so the edges can be wrapped so its seemless. I wanted this done because if you go over the graphic it turns it a gloss color and will have tiny "ghost" or air line bubbles which I did not want
