Welding and Fabrication DIY and BS

After a little searching I couldn't seem to find any good threads for those that choose to make everything for their trucks themselves instead of buying things. I am a welder fabricator myself and wanted a thread where welding and fabrication relating to our trucks could be discussed and questions could be answered. Feel free post things you've made for your truck, things you want to make, and any other BS you got!

 

A few questions to start it off:

Has anyone here made their own tube/hybrid front and rear bumpers?
Does anyone have a 3d model of a second gen that can be used to design off of?
For those of you that have made tube bumpers, what diameter tubing did you use and what wall thickness?
What do yall do for a living and what have you custom made for you truck?
