I was looking into Corbeau seats for my rig. They run about $350/seat if I remember correctly.

That is correct, and they have seat rails for the Tacoma and FJ. You have to buy a pair of seats though. So keep that in mind.

I find the OEM seats very supportive and comfortable. The problem is we all have different bodies with different histories. It's impossible to make one seat that fits everyone well, the same way it's impossible to make universal pants.

I could understand why someone might want to swap.

x2..........I have a TRD and like the bolstering it has compared to my old honda seats. But sometimes I get uncomfortable on longer hauls......I have many bike accidents to blame to this though. I have considered getting new seats as well but the price is too much to rationalize at this point.

I'm thinking about going this route... What model seats and brackets did you get? What did you do about the airbag system? Did you ever get that working? Thank you!

I'm D-O-N-E with my SR5 seats and at this point it's just a matter of what will replace them... Thanks again.

I'm not one to dig up the dead, but do you remember where you found these pics? I checked with HQ and they don't remember this and nothing on a reverse image search besides this post. I'd appreciate any input! Thanks.
