I just completed my decision to trade my 2018 TRD Sport in for a 2022 4Runner. Made a down payment, and had my order entered. And, today while picking up some things at a garden center, this vehicle rolls in and piques my curiosity. A Toyota HiAce with 4wd, a turbo 3.0 l diesel engine, and what seems to be some customization to make it a comfy family vacation cruiser.

The owner told me he found an importer in VA that brings them in and completes the necessary requirements for federalization. He showed me that in his, the front and second row of seats swivel for parked conversation. Hmmm, maybe I placed my 4Runner order a day too soon. Nah.

I've worked on a few. They even have power draw curtains! Ice boxes!

    We call them ankle breakers.

My coworker has a super clean one. I've not had a chance to look inside though. Not sure if his is 4wd though.

I want a kei car pretty bad. A tiny 4wd van would compliment the taco nicely.

Saw this long body with camper set up inside, a few months back. Recently imported from Japan and was driven from BC to NS by a 70 yr old lady. She plans on driving it to Mexico next. Pristine condition
