Performance brake kit

I am seeing what you guys would suggest as far as brakes go. I’ve been at a 33-34 inch tire the whole time I’ve had the truck. 60k miles and can tell I’m going to need to change them soon. Planning to go to a 35inch tire around 100k+ miles.

 

brake upgrades are out there. bbk are closing in on 2k. upgraded rotor pad combos do well for the price. depends on what you use your truck for. slotted rotors and trd pads pair well for me and im on 35's.

I'm using Stoptech rotors and Ebc pads on 35s.

 

I'm looking into the "budget" big brake kit.
Should be $800-$1000 when done, compared to SOS Performance $1700+ 4 piston kit or $2200+ for the 6 piston kit.

• Slotted aftermarket Lexus GX470 rotors (338mm vs SOS Performance 340mm)
• Some decent performance pads
• Remanufactured or other OEM GX470 calipers to keep costs down.
