Akkon headlights on a 1st gen?

Just wondering if anyone has these Akkon headlights for their first gen (or in general and would recommend). Need to replace mine and saw these are pretty affordable plus they don't look that bad imo. Thanks!

 

Looks the same as the Spyder headlights which have poor reviews. Almost guaranteed to leak.

Almost certainly a massive downgrade from stock. But what is most surprising is they blacked out the signal reflector, which will make your front signals extremely difficult to see and possibly not even visible during the day. Definite pass.

 

Sounds like I might just find an oem replacement or even buff out the lights I have on now, thanks for the advise!

 

Both those options would be far better. Lots of 9003/H4 headlight upgrade info here, even though it is 2nd Gen the bulbs are the same:
