So I posted this in the Toytec Boss thread but didn’t get much for an answer. Several months ago (back in July to be specific) I had a Toytec Boss 2.0 kit installed with SPC UCA’s and 285/65/18 BFGs. The rear got a block and new shocks. Anyhow, over the past few months, I’ve heard a “noise” in the front passenger side area. This “noise” is best described as a bobble, or play, when going over potholes at low or high speed. The part that concerns me is that I don’t hear that same noise in the driver side. I took it back to the shop that installed it and asked them to drive it and check it out and re-torque everything. They claimed to have done all that and everything seemed normal to them… sound is still there. Anyone have any similar experiences?

edit: 2021 DCSB TRD OR W/ 8k miles on truck, 4K miles on lift.

Sounds to me like cab mount bushings on the radiator support. Search that and check the condition of yours. Mine were trashed at 30k.

Secondly go over all the nuts and bolts of the lift and check for tightness.

i should’ve added in my post, but the truck is a 2021 with 8k miles. I would be very surprised if anything was worn that quickly. The lift itself has been on for 4K of the total 8k miles
